Shipping Policy

At eHealthStores we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

UK Delivery

  • We offer standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail or a reputable courier service.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been sent.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
  • We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
